Student Support
Academic Advisement
We’re here to serve the needs of students who are attending college for the first time, enrolling concurrently while attending high school or are undecided on a major.
Enrollment
Once you’ve selected the classes you’d like to take for the upcoming semester, enrolling is easy!
Adult Degree Completion
Oklahoma Reach Higher is a statewide program designed to support working adults who want to go back to school to finish an associate degree. To start, you choose a school — your “home institution” — from among 14 Oklahoma schools, one of which is Rose State.
Trio Student Services
Student Support Services (SSS) is a national TRIO program funded by the Department of Education. Our goal is to ensure that participants persist in college and earn an associate’s degree or certificate and/or transfer to a four-year university. View the variety of free services we provide below.
Military & Veteran Services
Rose State College has a long history and commitment to serving active-duty military and veterans. That dedication is reflected in our institution being named a Military Friendly School by Victory Media for the fifth consecutive year.
English as a Second Language
Every semester, Rose State College offers free English as a Second Language (ESL) / Adult Literacy workshops, classes, and tutoring.
Student Access Services
Rose State College and Student Access Services (SAS) (formerly Disability Services for Students) take great pride in promoting the development of students and the personal independence necessary to succeed academically and beyond.
EMPOWER
Colleges are seeing more under-resourced students than ever before. College culture traditionally wants students to conform to and meet standards.

Student Access Services
Rose State College and Student Access Services (SAS) (formerly Disability Services for Students) take great pride in promoting the development of students and the personal independence necessary to succeed academically and beyond. SAS provides services to students who have permanent or temporary disabilities, including students with physical or learning disabilities and students with health issues (mental or physical) which impact their Rose State experience. We seek to create a welcoming, universally accessible environment where all students are able to participate in the myriad aspects of the Rose State experience.
