Overview
Admissions and Records has moved to the new Student Union! We are excited to serve you at the new Student Union at the Joe & Charlene Cole Student Services counter. Our hours of operation are currently the same. We are taking applications for the Summer and Fall 2022 semesters. Classes for the Summer semester begin June 6th and classes for the Fall semester begin August 22nd. Enroll with an academic advisor today!
Transcripts
Official electronic transcript orders will be processed and delivered the same day.
Academic Status/Forgiveness
At the end of each semester, students are placed into an academic level based upon their performance.
Change Notice
Students may request that their demographic information including name, Social Security number, address, and phone number, be corrected or changed using the Change Notice form.
Degree Audit
You should apply for a degree audit after you have finished at least 45 hours of course work at the 1000 level or higher, which may be a combination of Rose State College credit and transfer credit.
Enrollment Verification
Students are frequently required to obtain enrollment verifications for private or government agencies.
Honor Rolls
Students who average a B (3.0) grade or higher are eligible for Honor Roll consideration.
Immunization
Rose State College does not require the presentation of a physical examination signed by a physician. However, students must submit documentation showing proof of immunization for Hepatitis B or sign an exemption form prior to admission to the College.
Prior Learning
Rose State College evaluates a student’s previous learning experiences by awarding prior learning credit.
Retention Policies
Rose State College students are expected to maintain a cumulative, satisfactory GPA for the duration of his/her college experience.
Transfer Credit Policies
All coursework previously completed at HLC accredited institutions of higher education will be accepted as transfer credit.
